Who we are
This website and the Panda Bubbles pages on Facebook and Instagram are run by Panda Bubbles, head office Bhuiyan Mansion, 74 Kakrail Circle, Dhaka 1000. Questions: [email protected].
Using the site
The site is there to tell you about our drinks, our outlets and our jobs. You may read it, link to it and share its pages. You may not copy the logo, the panda, the photographs or the text for your own use without asking us first; the brand page explains what press and partners may use.
What we promise, and what we do not
We keep the information here accurate to the best of our knowledge, but outlets, hours, offers and the menu change, and the shop is the final word on what is available on a given day. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. We are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on the site or from it being unavailable.
Other services
Links to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps lead to services with their own terms. Our social pages are also subject to the rules of the platform they are on. We may remove comments that are abusive, spam or unlawful.
Jobs
Job advertisements on the site describe the role at the time of posting. Sending a CV does not create any obligation on either side until a written offer is made and accepted.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes belong to the courts of Dhaka.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes up on this page with a new date.
