Work location: Any of our outlets in Rangpur, Dinajpur, Rajshahi or Cox's Bazar. Must be willing to work at distant outlets.
Salary: ৳20,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on previous experience and performance. Annual review.

Responsibilities
- Prepare milk teas, fruit teas, boba, fresh juices, smoothies, softy cones and sundaes as per recipe, with the customer's chosen sugar and ice level.
- Daily prep: tea bases, tapioca pearls, syrups, jellies, toppings, fruit.
- Keep the cup sealer, blenders, boba cooker, softy machine and counter clean.
- Work quickly and accurately during busy hours.
- Keep the daily stock and waste record and report before items run out.
- Train helpers and new staff; serve customers when needed.
Requirements
- Working experience as a drink maker at a reputed bubble tea brand such as Chatime, Chamichi, KOI Thé, ChaJoy or Ai-CHA is mandatory. Candidates without this experience need not apply. References will be checked.
- Must be willing to work at any of our outlets in Rangpur, Dinajpur, Rajshahi or Cox's Bazar.
- Must know tea brewing, pearl cooking, sugar and ice levels and cup sealing.
- Minimum SSC. Able to read recipes in Bangla and English.
- Clean, punctual and honest, with good customer manners.
- Soft-serve or juice experience preferred.
- Age 18 or above. Male and female candidates may apply.

দায়িত্বসমূহ
- রেসিপি অনুযায়ী মিল্ক টি, ফ্রুট টি, বোবা, ফ্রেশ জুস, স্মুদি, সফটি কোন ও সানডে তৈরি করা। কাস্টমারের চাহিদামতো চিনি ও বরফের পরিমাণ ঠিক রাখা।
- দৈনিক প্রস্তুতির কাজ: টি বেস তৈরি, টাপিওকা পার্ল সেদ্ধ করা, সিরাপ, জেলি ও টপিং তৈরি, ফল কাটা।
- কাপ সিলার, ব্লেন্ডার, বোবা কুকার, সফটি মেশিন ও কাউন্টার পরিষ্কার রাখা।
- ব্যস্ত সময়ে দ্রুত ও নির্ভুলভাবে কাজ করা।
- দৈনিক স্টক ও অপচয়ের হিসাব রাখা এবং মালামাল ফুরিয়ে যাওয়ার আগে জানানো।
- হেল্পার ও নতুন কর্মীদের কাজ শেখানো; প্রয়োজনে কাস্টমার সার্ভ করা।
যোগ্যতা
- Chatime, Chamichi, KOI Thé, ChaJoy, Ai-CHA বা এ ধরনের স্বনামধন্য বাবল টি ব্র্যান্ডে ড্রিংক মেকার হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা বাধ্যতামূলক। অভিজ্ঞতা ছাড়া আবেদনের প্রয়োজন নেই। রেফারেন্স যাচাই করা হবে।
- রংপুর, দিনাজপুর, রাজশাহী ও কক্সবাজারের যেকোনো আউটলেটে কাজ করতে সম্মত থাকতে হবে।
- চা তৈরি, পার্ল সেদ্ধ করা, চিনি ও বরফের মাত্রা এবং কাপ সিল করার কাজ ভালোভাবে জানা থাকতে হবে।
- শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম এসএসসি। বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে রেসিপি পড়তে পারতে হবে।
- পরিচ্ছন্ন, সময়নিষ্ঠ ও সৎ হতে হবে; কাস্টমারের সঙ্গে ভালো ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
- সফট সার্ভ বা জুসের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- বয়স: ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি। নারী ও পুরুষ উভয়েই আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
